For a change, we get to write a letter of good news! There has been a lot of good things happening in our complex, Oceana Casa del Mar, for example:

• We insured our building (it wasn't insured before)
• Painting hallways and stair railings
• Deep cleaning of the hallway floors
• New awning at the entrance
• New pump for the jacuzzi so it can work again
• New patio furniture at the pool area
• Garden areas and landscaping now clean and manicured
• Underground parking cleared of debris and abandoned cars
• The gym is now open to all homeowners
• Both elevators are working
• Front gate was repaired and repainted

Accounting is now open for inspection to all homeowners current on their dues. We are catching up on old bills — cable is up to date, the current water bill is up to date, and an old outstanding bill has finally been paid.

In such a short time, we've seen a big change from a building that had been stuck in disrepair for approximately 6 years. We now have access to Oceana Casa del Mar and can use all the common areas — soon at 100%!
